In and out fast very helpful Doctor.

He has really cared and I'm an older patient but he tells me things I need reassurance so I'm not so scared. This means a lot to me because I have Anxiety. So I'm greatful that I will have my life back and feeling so much better.

Dr. Nana pour is an excellent doctor, great care, bedside manner and answers all of my questions. He is postive, informative and appreciative of his care.

Amazing doctor, my last urologist gave up on seeing me and never followed up with me. I unfortunately got worse with my kidney stones always in pain and in and out of the hospital. Finally on my last visit at the hospital the put in a referral for another urologist and I had such low hopes due to my last experience. But then I got Dr. Banapour. He was always following up with me making sure I'm safe and in no pain. I've honestly never received that from any doctors before and I'm very thankful to have gotten such an amazing doctor. I can finally walk and sleep with no pain. I thank god for giving me this doctor, I can't express how grateful I am to be here today and just be able to live my life with no pain. Amazing doctor, very kind and caring!

Had to travel along way to see this dr but was a mishap with my referal dr. Trip was worth it.this dr explained every thing i needed to know and reffered me to the next step. Very personable guy

Dr. Pooya Banapour is such a good doctor he explains everything to his patient he is very professional and very respectful..I would highly recommend him to others. But as far as his appointment girl she dosent know what she is doing . Twice already she has given me wrong lab work to do . I had an appointment today to find out that last year in December she gave me blood work to do but forgot to give me my paper work to do a CT scan that I needed done . I got woken up today 06-05-25 @8:30 am from someone from his office trying to cancel my appointment because I did not get my CT scan done I told the that I called the office and the girl that make the appointment told me that looking on the doctor notes that it only says to do blood work . So today the doctor said he was sending me to go get a MRI done and in 6 weeks he will go over it over a phone appointment. Well I get to the girl who makes the appointment the same one with long fake eyelashes what does she do try to tell me… that my next appointment will be a year from today and I will need a MRI done my husband who was with me stated no he wanted the MRI done now not next year . She looked at us and said oh ... very unprofessional and gave me my next appointment telling me I need to do lab work I told her no I alreary did that I'm not doing it again. She said ok well you will figure it out . I looked at her and told her no you will and she ignored me at this point I just got my paperwork and left. She makes this doctor office look bad . Something needs to be done . Put someone more professional and someone who knows what they are doing .

It was a very good visit. He spent enough time to tell me my results.

Everything about my dad's appointment with Dr. Banapour was fantastic. Despite it being a busy office, his staff is like a well-oiled machine. They're friendly and incredibly efficient. They speak to everyone with patience and respect. Dr. Banapour was fantastic, too. He was helpful in explaining my dad's condition and making me aware of what to look out for, etc. I would absolutely recommend Dr. B and his entire staff for a great, positive experience.
