Dr Wardlow was thorough and very clear in identifying my ENT issue. I was pleased during my first visit that he explained the range of issues that can cause my symptoms and provided a treatment plan and monitoring steps. He has very good patient interaction skills.

The doctor listened to me and checked again, after not finding anything the first time. He made time for me and didn't make someone else wait while he added in an extra procedure for me. He explained the procedure and the possible outcomes and answered every question I had. He was polite and friendly as was the rest of the staff.

He did my ear cleaning today and found my left ear to be clogged. He quickly cleaned it out and it was not uncomfortable at all and I felt like my hearing turned into a 10/10. I highly recommend him!!!

Excellent bedside manner. Kind and helpful. Understanding, gentle, and efficient. Removed wax two or three other doctors couldn’t. I can hear everything again, even my own voice echoing in my throat. So happy.
