Erin Chaney, DNP, ARNP is a Primary Care Nurse Practioner with over 25 years of healthcare experience and currently offering a wide range of primary care services at Three Health. 

Erin received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Washington and worked as a critical care nurse for many years.  After she transitioned to a healthcare management role, she then attended the University of Massachusetts to complete a doctorate in nursing practice degree at the University of Massachusetts which also prepared her for her adult-geriatric primary care nurse practitioner board certification.

For the past 5 years, Erin has worked in both primary care services for adults of all ages, as well as breast oncology and breast cancer prevention.

Erin is dedicated to her patients and their well-being. She takes time to listen, collaborate, and develop an individualized plan of care for her patients.

Primary Care at Three Health includes visits as needed (in-person, virtual), annual lab work, direct access to the provider via phone/ text/ email, and referrals for general health screening tests (mammograms, colonoscopies, etc.).
