I did not care for the NP I saw. I never saw her before and she didn't introduce herself. She seemed to make light of some of what I told her.

On time. Polite. Knowledgeable and caring.

Saw a nurse practitioner. She was very thorough and I felt comfortable with her diagnosis, which took care of my issues.

Dr Ramon was exceptional! I plan on making my appointments with her moving forward.

Getting an appointment took a long time, but as it was a routine appointment, I was ok to wait a bit for a provider I thought would be a good fit. The experience of the initial appointment and follow up were very positive in the sense that the admin staff is very warm, professional, and efficient. Even though the pace of the visit was very fast, I felt listened to and had a chance to ask all my questions. I try to come prepared as well to make the most of our time together. The provider even added a test based on our discussion and my request. I am very satisfied with the care I have received so far as a new patient from both the MD and NP.
