Dr. Nicole Ehart, PhD

Nicole has a pleasant peaceful demeanor. She uses a compassionate approach and helps me relate past to present so that I can assess patterns to help guide me through healing.

Nicole is approachable and easy to talk to. She listens well, but also provided me with the tools and skills I needed to make changes. She also helped me better understand what was at the core of my issues. I'd agree with the other reviewer as well. She does throw some humor in at times which provides a nice balance for exploring and healing more painful issues combined with it not getting to heavy or burdensome.

Nicole has helped me clarify and straighten out my path in life. I was able to get help with my relationships and teach me self-worth. I am much better at keeping out the hurtful people and moving towards my goals. She is funny too! We laugh a lot and sometimes that just takes the stress out. You never know what you get with a therapist, but Nicole is really good, so I just thought I should let others know.
