Jessica Kate Malsky

We had an appointment with NP Jessica Malsky, and she is notably inept at diagnosing, and lacks clinical acumen. Throughout our apt, Jessica sited that she would need to consult with her mother, Dr. Melba Lewis. Unfortunately, as is often the case with nepotism, hiring someone based on the fact that their mother owns the practice is rarely a fully vetted interview process. Jessica appeared preoccupied during our patient appointment and it came across as quite unprofessional. If you have something going on in your personal life, try not to bring it to the workplace, especially where patients are concerned. We had to repeat symptoms multiple times as she seemed easily frazzled by whatever else was going on. Jessica only seemed engaged with us when talking about her love of dancing.
