I highly recommend Kayla Underwood for her exceptional knowledge, compassion, and patient care. She took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and showed genuine concern for my well-being. Her professionalism, kindness, and expertise made my experience outstanding. Would I recommend? Absolutely.

Mrs.Underwood was amazing. She was nice, caring and always respectful. I needed a specific kind of medication that I didn't know what it was, but she instantly knew what I needed. I Would highly recommend to send your family and friends to her.

She put my 11 year old granddaughter through unnecessary examination. She could not have had an exam on her private area for years. Then as if that wasn’t enough, she put the whole family through a CPS case with no proof because results of test had not even came back. I would never recommend her to anyone. The emotional scares are there forever now on her and her mom.

If I could give no stars—I certainly would! She put my family through unnecessary stress! My niece came in with a skin disorder and possible blood infection. It was made known to Kayla Underwood what was thought to be the issue. Instead of listening to her patient, she ran tests for an STD that had nothing to do with what she presented with! It wasn’t even in the correct location for her allegations ! Even a second doctor confirmed she was way off base! But Ms. Underwood decided to report to CPS with absolutely ZERO test results proving her claim and no concrete evidence. I wouldn’t recommend even a dog to be under her care! CPS even agreed with what we thought my niece had and verified with their doctors they use! She should NOT be allowed to practice medicine.

If there was an option for ZERO stars, she would be getting that, but since there isn’t one star it is! I took my daughter in to see her for a rash she had that contained rather large blisters. I was unsure what it was but I knew she needed to be seen cause it kept getting worse!!! She orders lab work to be done. The next day she calls and said that they was inconclusive and that she needed to see her again for a culture lab. Fine. Anything to get my child better I’m willing to do. A culter lab takes 3-5 days. In the meantime she had been getting worse by the day. Come Monday I call to see if they had gotten them back. I didn’t figure They did since they didn’t send it off till Friday but I wanted to ask. They tell me no. Later that day I get a call from CPS stating that I needed to bring my child in for an interview because they received a call from her doctor of possibility having a $$TD! My child is 11 years old, so she had the suspicion of her being abused in a bad way. Before the… test result even came back she called it in and had us go through all that and deal with CPS for the first time EVER! She had absolutely NO reason to suspect such a thing because the blisters wasn’t even in that area!! So she calls today to let me know the results came back and they are negative! Which I knew they was going to be cause I am a very cautious parent! But seriously??? You put us through all that for what???? I am LIVID! And I can honestly say we won’t be seeing her again! I had a second option that told us to see a dermatologist cause he believes she had an auto immune disorder of some sort!

Very unprofessional! Stay away! She issues the wrong meds and causes patients unreasonable amounts of stress
