Absolute trash. I drove an hour and a half to an appointment set up by Optum Serve. I arrive 45 mins early to the location, and it is closed. I wait the 45 minutes and continue to knock on the door during that time to no answer. Then again at my appointment time of 1745 I bang on the door, to no answer again. Then she has the audacity to tell Optum I was a no show and that canceled other appointments. Absolutely worthless of you to not want to work and punish the veteran that is trying to get help. They need to have it where you can put ZERO Stars. Because you do t even rate one. PS. I took a pic of my daughter with her phone at the closed locked door. To prove I was there.

This lady is 100% nasty! She hates veterans and should not be practicing medicine. She doesn't let you talk, doesn't look at your records, makes assumptions based on nothing more than her stupidity and doesn't conduct the proper examination! She is abomination!!! If you are a veteran stay clear of this person.

She rushed through the appointment and falsified her report by completely contradicting my medical records and her examination “findings”. Nearly 10 years of suffering and seeing multiple specialists, this provider saw me for no more than 20 minutes and said that my conditions and symptoms weren’t that bad and I’ve improved. She should not be seeing veterans, or anyone else for that matter
