Fantastic beacon of knowledge. Like anyone told to "take less" skepticism is first thought. I can however say taking less is just what the doctor ordered. Maria listens, is compassionate, very attentive. My lack of medication has been my active medication thanks to Maria .. Highly recommended.

My psychiatrist that I had been seeing for 13 years retired. So I was told to see this nurse practitioner. She put me through 5 months of mental and physical anguish. She does not care about the mental health or physical health of her patients. Her "patient plan" was to gradually take me off of certain medication. Which I thought was a great idea, I don't want to be dependent on something for the rest of my life. She cut my dose drastically and too fast. She even prescribed me 3 different kinds of withdraw medication and said," if it gets too bad, go to the ER." Getting off certain medications can be a long process not to mention dangerous. I honestly feel she has no concern for her patients well-being. Doctor's are supposed to care about their patients, not this one.
