A horrible provider. I don't know if it is a culture issue that makes it so hard for her to understand or relate to people she sees. She has degrees it appears but I question if some of the out of county degrees are transferable to the US. Her dictation was fabricated, being in healthcare for a very long time I don't know if that is from dictating too long after her visit or just plain false charting. False charting is a bad thing not just for her but for the practice who employes her as well as insurance payors. It's a very concerning situation.
