"I have over 20 years of nursing experience as a Registered Nurse at different hospitals in a variety of settings. I proceeded to obtain her advanced-level practice-MSN in nursing. I specialized in family nurse practice (FNP) and a post-master’s degree in psychiatric nursing (PMHNP). I am a member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association and The ANA. I provide mental care therapy to all ages, as needed. I am well versed in most areas like Play therapy, Cognitive Behavior therapy (CBT), Dialectical behavioral therapy, Interpersonal relationship, Motivational interview (substance abuse), Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Mindfulness, Exposure, Art therapy-Yoga, Somatic (trauma) to create interventions. You will get a clear outcome of self-awareness, coping strategy, non-dependency, and self-empowerment to help manage your mental health. I also use medication therapy to treat specific mental conditions, like depression, anxiety, ADHD, Schizophrenia, and more. Resolving or working out …conflicts is one of my priorities. Treatment of the root cause of mental health conditions is incredibly beneficial for freeing from mental detention.
