Rahman Farishta, PMHNP-BC

Hello, I'm Rahman Ali Farishta. I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP-BC) with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN). My journey in healthcare has taken me from nursing internships to working with both pediatric and adult patients at renowned institutions like UT Southwestern Medical Center and Baylor Scott & White Health.

During my career, I've had the privilege to care for patients with a wide range of health needs. I've supported individuals with spinal injuries, administered meds, and monitored vital signs. I’ve worked closely with families, providing guidance and support. Whether it’s planning treatment in acute care, behavioral health services, or assisting post-surgery patients, my goal has always been to help people lead healthier lives.

In behavioral health, I focus on creating tailored treatment plans to address mental health concerns. My role encompasses everything from conducting thorough …assessments to providing therapy and crisis interventions. I work diligently to ensure each patient feels heard and receives the best possible care.
