Anxiety, depression, mood changes and self esteem issues are just a few of the elements we encounter in our quest to have a fulfilling life. As a Licensed Professional Counselor I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the primary vehicle for growth, change, healing and restoration and I work to create an environment in which you can feel safe, heard and understood. I have over 20 years of experience working with adults and teenagers who are dealing with substance abuse,, anxiety, adjustment issues, trauma and stress, anger management, grief, PTSD, trauma, postpartum depression and other women's issues, Bipolar Disorder, Depressive and other mood disturbances and change of life.
