If there’s a ZERO rating I’d give her that. She doesn’t deserve 1 star rating. Very condescending. Will ask you questions and cut you off. Will give you lots of sarcasm that you don’t really need. Very judgmental, unprofessional and mean. You come to urgent because you are feeling off it’s not as if you just want to go there to waste your time and money. Dismissing my issues even though she read my history and was trying to tell her what happened and that I have a family history of it. I got cleared of something but that was almost a year, doesn’t mean what happened almost a year is same as today. She should know better.

Hi, I am in the medical field and felt the that Marian Urgent Care could handle my daughter's case. My daughter was in for situation I wont speak of, but she had a temperature and symptoms for a possible..... This Dr. Valverde did the most minimal possible and rolled her eyes at my daughter. Maybe a bad day for her, but her bedside manners were poor and her treatment even worse! Had to take my daughter to the Emergency Room to be treated correctly! Thanks Dr. Valverde for wasted time and wasted money! Please use this information to be a better provider for those in need. Thanks, a concerned dad.
