I recently reviewed the CMS website for this man after he killed my mother. It turns out that he has the lowest survival rate for ESRD patients in the nation.More than 100 of his patients have died in the past 15 months! Our other nephrologist is in the top 5% in the nation. I wish I had known that sooner. May God rest my mother's sole.

This doctor has the worst survival rate on Guam. He never does rounds on his patients in the Dialysis Clinics. He has never seen my father. The nurses make all of the decisions. I found out that he has the worst mortality rate in the United States!
