This last visit started off no bad , but ended bad with bad words that was given to me, which was very uncaring for a care provider.to the point on that day lead me to want another provider or maybe leave and find another provider never had an experience from her like this in the past.

Helpful and nice

I will no longer be a patient of this practice. I am fortunate to have people in my family who work in the health field, so I can ask questions as needed. I have a first cousin, a nurse practitioner for about 25 years, and my mother is a registered nurse. However, for parents who don't have trusted people that they can talk to, it's scary because I feel that less than helpful medical advice was provided, and allowing one's bias against patients using FMLA to determine who receives it or not is wrong. I have worked two jobs for more than 15 years. Yes, NP Armour gave me ten days off from work. However, with the number of outside doctors, I have to see that is not enough time, and I have nearly 100 sick days at work - because I GO TO WORK. I have never requested time off from work until this unexpected medical emergency.

Shatronda was very concerned about my condition she assured me she was gonna let Dr. Thomas take a look at it. I really trust her input concerning my care.Very passionate about her patients and job. Have the best bedside manners that are rare these days

Dr. Armour can be relied on to listen to your questions and/or concerning and address them.

She is thorough and knowledgeable.Always considerate and understanding.

She is the best. If she ever retires, I don't know what I'll do. She listens without judgement and provides the BEST CARE I'VE EVER RECEIVED.
