Dr. Tara Jeanette Brayboy

I am deeply disappointed with the level of professionalism and respect for patients’ time shown by Dr. Brayboy. On multiple occasions, I have been forced to wait well over an hour past my scheduled appointment time—without so much as an update or apology. Yet, when I arrived slightly outside of the 15-minute grace period for one appointment, my visit was abruptly canceled. Even more frustrating, I once had my appointment canceled after I had already arrived on time and checked in that very same day. This double standard is not only unprofessional but also hypocritical and inhumane. Patients deserve the same courtesy and consideration that is expected of them. It’s incredibly discouraging to be held to a strict standard that the provider herself repeatedly fails to meet. This pattern shows a clear disregard for the patient experience and undermines trust. Consistency, communication, and basic respect for people’s time are the bare minimum in healthcare. Unfortunately, Dr. Brayboy has… failed to meet that standard.
