Dr. Visionworks King of Prussia Mall

I don’t even know where to begin. I got an eye exam by the lady Doctor who put in my contact order after the second different trial pair. I specifically told her that I like the second pair. One of the Associate there was supposed to order my contacts. After one month I called again because I never received my contact that was supposed to be mailed to King Of Prussia and Visionworks store and they were supposed to call me to tell me that they will deliver my contacts to my address. I was told that they will call the company to find out about my contacts no one ever gave me a call back let me know the status. So I called again and talked to another associate and she was telling the same thing I was told the first time. My point is I had to be the one to call to ask about my contacts going in 3 Months now. I called again and spoke to a Foreign Manager there who speaks with a British Accent.. He told me that he will find out for me as to what happened to my contacts and get back with me.… Well, of course this never happened. I had to call AGAIN bc no one call me to let me know anything. I talked to Ryan who is one of the Managers there who just told me that the Indian lady Doctor is no longer there. He told me that no one ever Finalize my order of contacts that I picked. This is the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my lifetime. Now I understand why the Visionworks store in King Of Prussia has such a high turnover. I will never give them my business ever again. Ryan did call me back and it was finally Finalized after three months. Please choose better employees to do their jobs especially when you take customers money and no phone calls to make sure of everything. No contacts to see for 3 Months straight. If I could I would not even give one star. This has been such an inconvenience!!!!!!
