I needed a new Rx. Last was Apr 2018. It didn't work for my Left Eye. I requested that Dr to redo his exam - same result. I wasn't happy but was lazy about setting up appointment with new Dr. My also wanted new glasses. She selected Dr Taylor via Walmart connection. She returned bubbling with praise about her experience with Dr Taylor from the attitude to do whatever it took to make sure the patient was comfortable with the exam, confident in the exam, comprehensiveness of the exam, satisfied that all questions were not only addressed but resolved, etc., etc. So I called and got an appointment for 14Nov2018. I had issues above & beyond those of my wife's and frankly I didn't think any Dr. would have the patience to do the iterative exam that I felt was needed to discover why my previous exam was wrong for my Left eye. She did! and buoyant thru-out and I told her so. The whole place was a buoyant experience from beginning to to end. Comments: 1. trying to reach her within… the Walmart telephone answering system has it's issues. 2. I don't yet know how accurate the Rx will turn out - I need to purchase my glasses On-Line (my choice) so I haven't tried them yet. But I came away with the feeling they will either be great or Dr. Taylor will work with me to fix it. Frank
