Dr. Allan Chris Heath, MD

I've seen Dr. Heath for a few years. The office is easy to get to with good parking. Dr. Heath is pleasant and clear. I've never had any trouble getting regular appointments or a call back. He's not pushy.

Dr. Heath was patient and diligent in determining a solution to my complicated medication issues. He always considered my input and preferences and was knowledgeable about my many non-psychiatric medications. I was always treated with courtesy and respect. Being able to get medication management and excellent therapy from one clinician was wonderful.

I was under Dr. Heath's care in Psychoanalysis, 4 days a week for a number of years. It was my great fortune to be his patient. I would highly recommend him.

I've seen Dr. Heath for approx seven years. He is always attentive and pays close attention to what I report to him. He is willing to answer any question I have, and he has a sincere attitude. The only problem is, is that I don't believe he is on many insurance plans. However, he's so good that I pay out of pocket to see him, and I have employer health insurance that would cover the cost of another doctor for very little money.I had to quit taking a medication in Jan 2010 and had real problems with this, and any time I had to call Dr. Heath, he would get back to me by the end of the same day.

I found this doctor to be very professional and excellent at meeting my needs. The best "listener" of any DFW psych I have tried. Great office staff, too.

I never experienced a delay with phone calls. The office staff was very nice. This doctor was a good listener and responded to my needs and concerns at the time.

Takes a while to respond to phone calls.
