Let your kids play with the toys they hand over to them, and your kids will get the worst stomach bug of their lives, and then you will a day after they do. Don't let your kids play with the unsanitized toys!!!

I have been taking my two kids to her for 3 years and we love her . She is highly competent and caring . She has always answered all our concerns .The wait time may be a bit challenging sometimes but I still highly recommend her !

Even the pharmacist laughed when the medication prescribed was not even used to treat the problem. The medication wasn't available in any pharmacy in southern CA. Dr. Rangachar was incompetent and very rude - left a teenager in tears instead of staying in the room to explain that this is a common occurrence and easy to treat. Wow!

Tried to tell me my baby didn't have thrush, but she did.

I took my sick child here (first time) same day as she was very ill. The girl on the phone never took my name and I didn't think to tell her. My oldest child reminded me of that when we arrived at the office. The office was literally LOCKED up for an hour as the reception was taking lunch. A huge line formed outside like we were at a "free" clinic or 3rd world country. I had already sat an hour in the car waiting for the doors to open then all these people were lined up with sick kids. I guess it is a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE situation? Wow! If I had known that, I wouldn't have waited in the car. It seemed as if we were all treated like "homeless" folks and were highly disrespected. Just by locking the door and seeing the receptionist eating her food while kids sat on the ground outside was quite disgusting. When you went in, it felt very much like you were in an office and not a doctors office. The smell of disinfectant was overwhelming and actually made it seem like it was… germier....NO AIR in the room at all, no ventilation feel. UGH......They told me a 2 hour wait for my sick child? Really? I may have just as well gone to an emergency room instead. And the lady at the desk said the doctor STILL wasn't there after lunch so that meant an even longer wait. I would NEVER go back here! I of course have since switched doctors same day...and not too happy about the switch...so now once again switching again. Whatever happened to doctor's offices actually CARING about you or your child? Seems to me to be all business.....just very disappointing and quite disgusting.

I really dislike the Miyoco Medical Center. It's over crowded, the wait is long, and staff inept. The waiting smell smells funny from the large amount of patients in the waiting room. I had an appointment for 4:30 but didn't see the doctor until 5pm. Dr. Rangachar checked out my son for his 5 month physical and was checking to see if he can sit up by himself. She caught him 3 times before he fell over completely, but was too busy talking to my husband and didn't catch him the last time and lets him hit his head on the corner of her laptop. I was so scared and mortified! He didn't cry because he rarely did but she could have done major damage to him. She didn't apologize and I was so angry! That was poor medical practice and unprofessional. She got flustered and left the room promptly. Needless to say I will be looking for another pediatrician for my children.
