Dr. Aaron Brafman

Horrible Staff from his assistant to the office staff manager... every call first goes to an answering service (Strike one) the game of "telephone starts". His girl that calls you back is unknowledgable (though she thinks otherwise) very unprofessional and talks over you not listening to your concern. And because she doesn't know how to help she tries to set you up for a Telehealth appointment for a simple prescription refill request. She's done this on all three occasion I spoke to her (Strike two) Then for years the doctor's prescription under filled my three month supply, unbeknownst to me, until someone at CVS actually counted and discovered it so CVS wouldn't fill it a 3 month supply because of this and need the doctor to fix the prescription which he never did submitting the same WRONG script, time after time. SO because the doctor doesn't seem to want to know why myself and CVS keep contacting him for a new prescription and because the woman who handles the doctors call is… unprofessional and simply sadly an dolt who doesn't listen, the doctor doesn't realize his count is off. (STRIKE THREE) There're problems in everyone's lives do you really need another one at your doctor's office for an issue that could have been solved if the doctor or someone on his staff cared to listen. CVS also has a line for providers to call that could have straightened things out, do you think anyone might have tried that??? NO! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR AND OFFICE IF YOU DON 'T WANT ANOTHER UNNECESSARY HEADACHE ADDED TO YOUR DAY!

I am very happy with Dr. Brafman and the entire Team at Springs Urology. I was a patient of Dr. Vortsman and luckily was able to be seen by him prior to his retirement. His practices and theories towards Prostate Cancer saved me from an unnecessary procedure that would have altered my life forever. His knowledge and attitude fully benefits the Patient. Dr. Brafman continues that approach, along with newer, modern techniques that fully examine the issue and continue the Patient first approach, while confronting the situation head-on. I look forward to continued care with Springs Urology.
