Dr. Alan Robert Schneider, MD

This Dr used to be good. Now, it’s all about money. The first visit will be with Dr. Schneider and he will show an interest. On the second visit you will be tossed to some college student with very little experience. You will spend thousands of dollars, that your insurance will pay for. When they can’t figure it what you have or you have going on or you challenge them, they will become dismissive and tell you to try another Dr. DO NOT GO TO THIS Dr! You will be wasting your time and money. So sad to think a Dr. Can’t see his own patients and wants to just take your money.

He is so shockingly rude and full of himself that you at first think you misunderstood something. Nope. He’s that obnoxious. And the receptionist/scheduler is very close behind. I think she is so nasty because she knows he likes it. Anyone else would’ve been fired after one hour. Believe me, he’s not that good that you need to be subject to that disrespect. He might be as good as any other but his attitude and staff drag him way down.

It is a very well-run practice. Dr. Schneider treats patients rather than the electronic medical record. I am not an easy-to-please patient. (I've fired two MDs in SoFla in the past 20 years, and I am a little experience in the field.) I'd recommend him (and his practice) to anyone without hesitation.

I won’t go back and recommend others.

Try to ask the doctor a question he was nasty this is the second time after the procedure done on my husband the kidney pain got worst now has an infection no bedside matter he is rude

I was refused as a patient because of insurance. I offered to pre-pay $500.00 as I can easily afford medical care. I was told to call back when I have appropriate insurance. No insurance, no appointment.

Dr Schneider is a wonderful doctor. He is caring and doesn't rush you. He listens and actually cares about how you are feeling. This is rare in South Florida these days.

Dr advised to have a "green light turp" procedure. I had the procedure done on a Friday and was released from Holy Cross Hospital without being able to urinate. This was the second of the same procedure that what done a year prior. I contacted the doctor and was told to "push harder". I was told to come to his office on the following Tuesday morning when a cath was placed. TO THIS DAY I HAVE COMPLETE ED AND AN A DOUBLE FLOW OF URINE AS THE PROCEDURE OPENED A SECOND CHANNEL. MY LIFE IS RUINED!

I tried to make the appointment on line. I guess your office does not have that particular service. Therefore, I will call on Monday to make my appointment. Your office is awesome...everyone is so courteous.

He performed surgery on me years ago. To this day I question if that surgery was necessary. Very questionable.
