Dr. Saty has been a blessing in my life. He is the best physician I have been to, and takes his time to explain my specific condition. He performed the surgery successfully and his post operative care and diligent follow up has helped me rebound back to normalcy successfully. Thank you doctor!

Dr. Saty was a blessing in my life. He gave me hope when other doctors advice to remove my kidney. Dr. Saty went with a different approach and explained everything to my sons and gave me all the options. After the surgery I feel awesome and his care and professionalism brought my health back. Dr. Satyanarayana seems to be a good doctor (urologist), however and unfortunately the phone system and staff are completely inefficient (inept). Their phone systems is horrible, is like you are put on circles, then you leave a message and no one returns your call. Before the appointment with Dr. Saty I needed to have a CT Scan. I gave doctor's Saty's assistant my insurance information, but to my surprise: On the day of my CT Scan I received a call that they needed to cancel my appointment because they never received the authorization, I contact ed Dr. Saty by email and even after I that the authorization wasn't sent and I couldn't get to have my CT Scan. What a waste of time after 2 weeks, I am sure none wants to go through this especially when it involves your health.

He was less than helpful, office staff did not assist in getting messages to the prescribing physician.
