Dr. Satyanarayana seems to be a good doctor (urologist), however and unfortunately the phone system and staff are completely inefficient (inept). Their phone systems is horrible, is like you are put on circles, then you leave a message and no one returns your call. Before the appointment with Dr. Saty I needed to have a CT Scan. I gave doctor's Saty's assistant my insurance information, but to my surprise: On the day of my CT Scan I received a call that they needed to cancel my appointment because they never received the authorization, I contact ed Dr. Saty by email and even after I that the authorization wasn't sent and I couldn't get to have my CT Scan. What a waste of time after 2 weeks, I am sure none wants to go through this especially when it involves your health.

He was less than helpful, office staff did not assist in getting messages to the prescribing physician.
