Worst urologist I’ve ever been to. Nurses gossiped you each other while attending to me. Came time for my ultrasound and they couldn’t figure out how to use the machine. When it came time for Dr. Herman to examine my pelvic region he just asked me to pull down my pants. No getting changed, putting on a dress. Then I had to awkwardly pull up my shorts in front of him and his nurse??? Then when it came time for my cystoscopy with the other doctor. HE LOOKED INSIDE MY BLADDER FOR LESS THAN 5 SECONDS. Took no time to even look around. I couldn’t believe how quick it was. The office is dirty, and the nurses are unprofessional. Went to a different doctor who actually cares about me! Now I’m stuck paying 500 dollars for this test that I think I might have to redo! DONT GO HERE!!!!

This is the worst office I have ever been to. They keep you waiting for hours, then virtually refuse to give you your own medical records when you need to see a different doctor. They schedule appointments without checking to see if the proper procedures have already been done. Avoid them at all cost!!

I am so grateful that my Primary Doctor referred me to Dr. Herman. He and his staff were kind caring and informative. Despite what I read here, the office was clean and modern looking. If you have the need for a Urologist, see Dr. Herman!

Very inconsiderate and made me feel much worse than I did going in. I've been to many doctors and he was by far the worst. His bedside manner is terrible. Literally made fun of me to my face and laughed at my condition and then told me that he doesn't perform this kind of minor surgery because he'd only make $100. Seriously? To make it worse, he mumbled half the time and did not explain anything unless I asked. Worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. Additionally, the front desk girl never called to tell me my appointment time for an ultrasound. I got a call from the imaging center telling me that I missed my appointment, but I had no idea I even had an appointment. I will not be returning nor would I recommend anyone going to him or this poorly run office.
