Dr. Maury Alan Jayson, MD

He treated me when I was a DESPARATE walk-in I had extreme difficulty peeing my own Urologist was not in his office that day and the urologist's office staff that WAS there REFUSED to see me luckily for me down the hall was Dr M Jayson of South Florida Urology Center. When I explained my predicament to the front desk the lady went to the back then returned and said Dr Jayson would see me. He did an ultrasound, a urinalysis and a Urine Culture & Sensitivity. He put me on antibiotics and scheduled me for a couple of more tests. he was caring and compassionate. My Condition improved rapidly. I can not say enough good things about this Doctor.

Very dishonest. I would suggest you to read your results from your sonogram before surgery is quite happily suggested for you.

Dr. Jayson at first seems very positive and honest but in hindsight what he really did was misrepresent the truth to a level that is at least immoral and possibly hinging on malpractice. I had a vasectomy over twenty years ago and unfortunately had not done enough research before going to Dr. Jayson who sold the outcome of his vasectomy reversal as being very likely, with a minor mention of there are no guarantees, but in hindsight he should have been honest and said that there is statistically almost zero chance of being successful at my length of time between vasectomy and the reversal. In Spain we found they don’t even do reversals because of the small likelihood of success and from the beginning consultation stress the unlikelihood of success. If he would have been more honest with his initial visits we could of made a more informed decision. Pre-surgery he was very attentive and reachable but afterwards nothing but crickets. I would avoid Dr. Jayson he is unethical.

He's so friendly that he'll have you waiting an hour in his waiting room just because he's "talking" to some one else and bill you for the extra time. Then, to add insult to injury, his office manager is very unprofessional and GHETTO. It is a shame but I would not recommend him AT ALL.

He did a procedure on my son in 2011 he put an efrostomy tube in his kidney for stones and then he couldn't remove it. It is now 2019 and no doctor will remove it because it is not their work and don't want to be held responsible for Dr. Jayon incompetence. My son has suffered through life because of him. Don't ever use him....

Had a seman analysis over three weeks ago and they won't return my call to find out the results.

Dr. Jayson reminds me of the 'good' country doctors of days gone by. He listens to understand, not to respond. His genuine concern and bedside manor are refreshing. The procedure proved significant and has me pissing like a 20 year old again. GREAT doctor, great results.
