Dr Aaron A. Centric, DO

My son saw Dr. Centric for an evaluation of his tonsils. The office visit took a total of 10 minutes and 3 weeks later we get a bill for $496. When we inquired about the charge and how excessive it was he didn't care and passed us off on to sutter. Dr. Centric is what's wrong with our current health system. Physicians love passing the billing off to another entity. We told them we would pay cash if insurance didn't cover it but needed to know the price. They said insurance covered it so they would like to pass it through insurance. Insurance didn't cover anything and they sent us the full maximum price. Dr. Centric didn't offer any insight into our sons issues and just seemed to want to collect a buck.

Dr Centric was Kind and caring. He listened to my various complaints as a new patient then did an exam. He made me feel at ease and gave me some easy things to do at home to fix one issue and a prescription to try that will hopefully help with the other problem. He scheduled me for a follow up hearing test in a few weeks after my cold clears so we can see if everything is working. The whole staff was kind and caring. I appreciate offices and Drs Luke this.

He somewhat listens to your concerns but them is off in a different direction. He goes for the worse case scenario right off. Scaring the patient. I had to ask him if we can start with a lesser treatment before going for surgery and he agreed. So beware. Could money be the root? What ever you do, do not ask this man to review your file as he will look at you and say, "Please don't tell me what to do." I will never return to him again.

Utilized since 2015, had 1 surgery, and several visits. You're not going to find a better ENT (or for that matter all around good person) anywhere! Wouldn't go elsewhere.

This Dr. told me I have stage 3 cancer. Another Dr. told me that I have stage 4 cancer and when I asked Dr. Centric about it, he refused to answer me even though he was the one that diagnosed the condition and made the mistake. He's more worried about his own tailend then he is your health! He was actually rude about it when he is the one that made the diagnosis. Pawning his mistakes off on someone else is his MO. If you want to know what is really wrong with you, don't go to him.
