I wish I could give him less than 1 star. I had surgery on 10.23.19. He didn't tell me he was going on vacation the next day. He had no back up and his staff acted as if my calling the next day to tell him the meds didn't have any affect on the pain was rather annoying. It's not a professional office. He prescribes meds he knows you cant find and does not set up pharmacy's to carry what you need by letting them know in advance. My pharmacist told me doctors can do this. I literally went to 4 pharmacy's and called 3 before I could get my new medication, but had to endure the weekend with no meds because it wasn't coming in stock until Monday. I just had a tonsillectomy and had no drugs. The pharmacy called Fletcher to tell him that the drug he prescribed is not carried anymore and that they called several places and couldn't find it. I had to go back to Fletcher and get another script. The new drug he prescribed the pharmacy had, but only 214 ml was available. My script was… written for 400 ml. The pharmacist said she explained to the doctor that I'd need 2 scripts - 1 script for what was available for pick up today and another for what will arrive the next day to equal 400 ml. If he only gave me one script for 400 ml, I could either only get what was on hand (214 ml) on today and the rest would be voided - never to be filled, or I'd have to wait until the next day, another day in pain no less, to get the entire 400 ml. Sitting in the waiting room and crying, Dr. Fletcher acted as if he had no understanding. The script given on Friday was being returned because it couldn't be used because it is a medication no longer available. He was yelling at me about losing his license over giving me a split prescription because he'd have too many prescriptions out there for me. No dummy!!! You'd have the original 1 that didn't work and then you'd have the 2 showing the medication being split. Let's back up and look at this thing from the beginning. Fletcher knew I was in pain management on oxycodone but he gave me hydrocodone, which is considerably lower in strength and he prescribed a much lower dose. I don't know meds, but told him early on I didn't think moving me to vicodin was a good idea. I needed liquid medication so I couldn't take what I had. The 1st script filled and did nothing. The 2nd script didn't fill and was being returned. His argument was he could lose his license. In the end, or so I thought it was, I left with a script for 400 ml that I had to wait a day to get filled. I was halfway to the pharmacy when I get I call to come back to get 2 scripts totaling 400 ml. My daughter went in to get it and it was only 214 ml and i was told that if I still had pain after i finished that, it was too bad, I wasn't getting anymore meds!!! Really!!!! He treated me like an addict and I'm a combat veteran and federal employee with over 30 years of service. I have never been so insulted by a doctor in my entire life. This place was so unprofessional. I will never reccomend my dog to go there. I suggest you don't go either.

Referred to him by my PCP whom told the office upon making the appointment that I'm pregnant. After getting there and sitting in the lobby for an hour, I was finally taken back to see the doc. He suggested doing a CT of my sinuses and allergy skin test, despite me making them aware multiple that I'm pregnant. Radiology refused to do the CT due to the risk of radiation. Doc basically said oh well, can't do nothing for. I went in for a known sinus infection, something i've been dealing with since a pre-teen. When asked about being treated for the sinus infection he pretty much shrugged his shoulders and said no. Keep in mind that this was after the nice girl at the front desk had to stop him multiple times just to communicate after he walked away without telling me anything or following up after raisin radiology denied the scan. So I went in sick and miserable, just to leave sick and miserable with no treatment whatsoever, no antibiotics, nor any suggestions or further instructions. He… seemed irritated as if he didn't want to deal with me, again despite them being informed that I was pregnant prior to arrival. I will never return nor recommend him.

Dr. Fletcher is the first ENT specialist I have been to. My experience was great. I found him to be very patient and helpful. I would recommend him.

I have been to see Dr. Fletcher twice in the past 3 months for more than one health problem I was having. He really exceeded my expectations during both visits. He explains things really well, and I didn't feel rushed during my appointment like I do with most specialists. I would recommend him highly and will be going back to see him.

I took my son to see Dr. Fletcher for an ear problem he was having. We had seen 3 other ear specialists prior to seeing Dr. Fletcher. He took the time to listen, and was the most thorough doctor we had seen for this issue. He was GREAT! I would highly recommend him.
