Dr. Aaron Shay Harman

I use to not hate going here. After a 9 month long journey into dentures I can say beyond any shadow of doubt, this NOT where you should go. Once you realize they are lying to you, & your insurance company things get rocky. If you call Mr. Harman out on his demeaning behavior towards patients you will get "ghosted". They won't return calls, or messages after they give you improper fitting prosthetics, even though they're suppose to be responsible for the after care. Mr. Harman hasn't worked on me in over 9 months & couldn't be bothered to review my chart before talking with me at my last appt. I called him an arrogant asshole to his face after he lied to me saying I had wax try-ins done. Once he realized I know what I am talking about he changed his comments to "I have bad bones" & that's why they don't fit correctly. Yet for 9 months no one has ever said anything about my bones. For months I was assured I would be treated kindly & listened too. That in fact is very inaccurate. I NEVER… signed for or accepted the denture the way it is. They had me out it in and didn't give me a mirror, moments before their office closed. As soon as I got to the car I looked & messaged back immediately saying I was unhappy. They assured me to wear them a few days & see if I could adjust to them & that they could in fact fix ALL of my concerns. As soon as I set in the chair the tech repeated things back to me to adjust, that I never said. I asked why I would do that, because it would in fact make them fit worse. The front office, mainly Mrs. Harman will be excessively sweet to kind of keep you in the dark about what is really going on. Once they get your money, your dead to them. I even requested written copies of their business policies & procedures to which I am still being denied. Two days after I told other people about my experience the office suddenly had a mysterious water issue that no one has come to repair, & non of the adjoining businesses are experiencing water issues. Last night in passing I found out that Mr. & Mrs. Harman RETIRED in less than a week, out of the blue. Seems extremely sketchy to me . . .

I like this dentist office. You hear horror stories, but the people here are great and friendly. They care about you and try to get to know you a little better so you're not just a patient.
