Dr. Aaron Lee Scaife, MD

When Dr. Bala retired I asked someone from his office who they'd recommended. I was referred to Dr.scaife claimed he was this great doctor well I have a different opinion on that. I rate this man no stars but to post an review I have to give at less once forced star. I went to this man to have an regular pap smear done. When he examined me he ripped my girl area making it sore to wear underwear. He was rude, unprofessional kept calling me bud. Which was irritating to the fullest. I promised myself to never go back to him and I didn't. I decided to call Dr. Swamy I love her nurse prac Wendy. But when I was informed that she don't deliver babies anymore I was shattered. They to told me to go to Dr.scaife not realizing he was the doctor who hurt me. I thought okay give him a second chance. Well yet again I'm regretting the second chance because he wasn't caring, he was rude and unprofessional. Calling me bud irritates the heck out of me like an thorn in the foot. I am 36 years old high… risk pregnancy he doesn't act like he cares why Bala put a red sticker on my file there's many I almost died brining my son into this world my heart stopped after my emergency c section. Now I'm pregnant with my second child I don't know much about. He does everything on my chart. I see an ultrasound but don't know much about it. I have a cyst on my ovary that they ain't told me about I found out in my test on the portal no doctor explaining it. I had an schedule appointment but I canceled my gut is telling me not to trust him with my life or my unborn child life.

Zero if I could. He is a terrible doctor who put myself and my baby in jeopardy because he wanted to rush and force my labor to fit into his schedule. He was very rude didn’t communicate well, tries to bully and scare his patients into doing what he wants. Not only do I believe he’s a terrible doctor but a horrible man on a bad ego trip. It is actually scary that there are people out there like him responsible for our health and well-being.

Dr. Scaife is by far the most caring & professional Dr that I have been to. He listens to his patients with sincerity & understanding.

Huntington, WV Dr.Scaife delivered my daughter because my OB was on vacation. I was induced for medical reasons and in active labor for 18 hours. He didn’t check on me once. We actually didn’t meet till the baby was right there and he immediately came in and unnecessarily ripped me without even meeting me. Not once did he tell me before he touched me throughout the whole traumatizing ordeal. To top it all, he repaired a 2nd degree tear (superficial), when it should have been a 3rd degree. I never thought that I would experience one of the horror birth stories that you read about online. However, I’m 28 and am now unable to hold my bowels for the rest of my life and have pelvic floor dysfuntion because Dr.Scaife was in a hurry.

Most awesome obgyn in the business. Has an amazing staff.

Would never want to see a different doctor; he delivered my son and has been wonderful over the past few years. Highly recommend!

Dr. Scaife has been my OBGYN for 6 years and I've always been impressed by his care. He is prompt and always friendly in the office. He answers all questions in a way the patient can understand and his staff is always quick to get back with me if I call to ask him a question. He delivered my daughter and gave me great care and comfort during the entire pregnancy. I trust Dr. Scaife and would highly reccommend him.

Dr.scaiffe done my surgery the day we found out iwas pregnant & I stuck w/ him through the rest of my pregnancy & after. He is very personable, knowledgable & great @ feeling the hundreds of questions you throw @ him. He is very non judgmental & I'm a hi dred percent sure that he is the reason my son is here today:)

i see dr. scaife, for my pregnancy and im so glad i chose him to be my medical provider, he is such a down to earth person who has a great bed side manor. He always seems to show a great intrest in how the patient feels and is quick to find a solution to whatever problems you are having. i highly recommend him as an ob or gyno. He is just simply great i have not one bad thing to say about him.

Dr Scaife has a wonderful bedside manner. He cares about your problem and cares about your anxiety about this type of visit. I am so happy I chose this doctor for my female healthcare needs.
