Severe dislocated big toe exposing bone. Required surgery. Toe looks like it's never been injured! Feels great. Excellent, highly recommend.

Dr. Sop performed hip surgery on my 94 year old Mother. He was kind and caring to my mother and was very careful to make sure I understood the procedure. He talked with me several times before and after the procedure. My mother did very well!

I was an emotional wreck when I came to Dr. Sop. I had fallen & was told by urgent care (after receiving x rays) that my ankle was broken. I was then told by another surgeon that “the report says it’s broken I’m just not sure”. Then was told by an ER doctor that it wasn’t broken & when I gave him the previous report he went back to check & said “I see the break now that I knew where to look”. What a nightmare. In the meantime I was in a lot of pain, hadn’t slept for 5 days, & was emotionally exhausted from the careless attitudes I received from previous physicians. Dr. Sop was AMAZING! I wasn’t going to go to my appointment as I couldn’t handle some more sub par care & my mother & the boy Robert who answered the phone at the office convinced me to just go & see what he says & I am so grateful that I listened to them. From the minute his smiling face came into the exam room my anxiety was put to rest. He was very thorough & he took his time with me & showed me my x rays & explained what… kind of break I DO have. In fact he told me he was 80% sure I didn’t need surgery but was ordering a test to be 100% sure so that he could be absolutely certain that I could heal in the best way possible. I didn’t get that from the other 2 doctors - as a matter of fact the orthopedic doctor I saw before him didn’t even look me in the eyes or make sure I was the right patient or touch my foot or show me how to wear the boot. I always thought the reviews on these sites weren’t real but I assure you I am a real person & I am so grateful to Dr. Sop for the care & compassion he showed me (as well as my mother & my 6 month old son) in his office. It’s SOOO nice to be treated like a human being by a doctor. What a breath of fresh air he was!

DR. SOP WAS VERY DETAILED IN THE EXPLANATION OF WHAT TYPES OF PROCEDURES HE WAS ENCOUNTERING WITH MY HUSBAND. WE FELT SO BLESSED TO HAVE HIM AS A PHYSICIAN.
