I have been to the office 3 times. Once I saw the doctor, the other 2 times his medical assistant did the appointment as he is out of the state doing procedures. He has a doctor there to sign prescriptions and provide "comic relief" he told me. The medical assistant tells you what you can and cannot do or have. She is so very rude and abrupt. You NEVER see the dr again unless you have a procedure. You can ask a question and never get a response from the office. I went to the ER per my primary care because of my pain (leg went completely numb and fecal incontinence) the assistant told me I could NOT go to the ER without their approval and denied my medication. Will be contacting someone about this. This is totally unethical medical practice. Should be ashamed of himself. Oh, you also have to pay taxes on your copay??

I have been going to see dr. thiaga for good couple years and he discontinued those every 3 to 4 hours pain killers and gave me an extended release tablet that lasts 11 to 12 hours my fibromyalgia is not cured but I will honestly say with my new medication my pain is not bad as it use to be im not sure why so many people dislike him but I appreciate him finally with my new medication I can get through my day thanks to dr. thiaga

This Dr. will take you as a new patient and will do as little work as possible. He is rude, to the point of making patients cry. He has NO bedside manner and should NOT be in business. If you do not wish to help people, CLOSE THE PRACTICE.

They are always accepting new patients there in their facility. I was there and I couldn't believe my ears when he talked down about another doctor who could not defend himself. He is quick to judge people as pill heads just to protect himself. I understand the laws of why doctors are so scared but when the body is in pain treat the person correctly and carefully. Not by color of skin. I disagree with everyone who lifts this man up like he is the greatest doctor. They must be paid under the table. The staff and doctor was very suspicious watching us in the waiting room as they walked by. Why is that? I was demise by their behavior. I will not go back or refer anyone to him.

I have been seeing Dr. T for approx. 5 years for chronic pain that is the result of 3 serious back surgeries. Dr. T always listens to me and has many "tools" that he uses that help make my pain manageable. I would recommend him to anyone that is suffering from chronic pain. He is not liked by pill seekers...you can understand why from other reviewers.

I am reading these ratings and amused to see why these drug addicts armed with a silly MRI and few hundred dollars in their pocket going to see specialists in search of drugs. There are plenty of methodone and suboxone clinics and a few pill mills in town, why not go there? If another doctor has found a problem in your spine, just stick with him or her and get treated. You don't need to get diagnosed in one place and get treated at another place. Leave my doctor alone; Dr Thiaga is caring and helped me deal with my real back pain with therapy, some spine shots a little amount of pain killers now and then. He can not treat somebody who got their diagnosis wrong. Every time I go to see him I see a couple of unwanted characters shown their way out, and I see those pill seekers crowding the net to drum up their cause. This is not a place where you pay money and exchange scripts for drugs...barking at the wrong tree, addicts! I will strongly recommend my doctor to anybody with a real… problem. Others do your search and find your final destination!

I was referred by my family doctor for a spinal injection. Dr. Thiyaga did the shot and it worked very well, I am free of pain, I don't need to have another shot or go back to him. I was treated with respect and I don't have anything to complaint. At the office I saw a couple of drug seekers, being dismissed from his practice for getting addicted to the pills, I suppose. They were making a fuss about the co-pay they paid thinking they would get drugs! I think the drug addicts should go to methadone clinic and not to a place where decent patients come to get treated. No wonder these addicts go from place to place in search of "better" pain doctors and write things like..."don't go here, you are warned " blah blah
