He has the bedside personality of a dead fish. My nerve test came up with nothing and he was unable to speculate or offer any reason why I had the tingling feeling which had by then gone away. "Ask your PCP." Seems like he does the bare minimum to get in and get out of there.

I have arthritis pain in my knee. He carefully observed my ability to walk and stand. He asked me many questions and listened carefully. He recommended Physical Therapy which has been very beneficial!

Dr Cole's solution to 3 years of leg pain and fatigue was yoga and "spirituality". This was despite a nerve conduction test that showed damage. I could find no evidence that he actually does pain management. He seemed irritated that I was referred by my neurologist and refused to provide any insight into my nerve conduction test despite this being listed as a specialty in his bio.

I saw him for 2 years. He only did trigger point injections 2xs and botox injections 1 time. I was sent to him by another dr specifically for botox to manage my pain as that was the only thing that helped. He said it was all in my head. I never asked him for a pill once. He said I was addicted to getting needles in my muscles. What a joke. I went all those times for nothing. He did nothing for me. He always said maybe next time I will give you injections. He has head issues not me.

My Orthopedist recommended Dr. Cole for pain management, so I went to see him. One of the first things he asked me after I explained my pain issues (and he was 100% serious) was why my doctor sent me to him!!! He was supposed to be a pain management doctor, yet he was very confused on why I came to him for pain management. He said there was nothing he could do for me and was about to end the appt. when I started asking him detailed questions about potential treatments (I had done research before the appt). After I mentioned it, I left with a scrpit for a TENS unit, but the only thing he did was sign his name.

Dr. Cole, was right on the nose with my diagnosis and treatment. It took me a year of pain management with other doctors in the Kingston area, before I was referred to Albany Medical ctn and dr. Cole. He treated me with what I needed immediately, Success was very good and my outcome is very positive.
