This doctors office is poorly ran. The staff is rude and the doctor's do not care about the patient.I don't think I have ever had a worst experience at a doctor's office before. I was in a major car accident and all they did is send me out for Xrays.I had to get a second opinion to find out my injuries were major and not minor like this doctors office claimed.

RACIST MEXICAN HATERS run this office! There are no whites, blacks or asians working here, its all mexican/hispanic. Let's get to the root of why there are no blacks, asians, or whites waiting in the lobby to see the doc. The staff appears to be systematically cleansing all non-hispanic races from their patient list via harassment and intentional poor treatment and service. My girlfriend no longer comes here because of the constant LYING, harassment, runaround, poor service and hostile, passive-aggressive attacks and attitude from the ALL Mexican staff. Need referrals to specialists? Don't expect them on time if at all. My girlfriend was constantly on the phone following up with staff that always changed the amount of time it took to get a referral back. It went from a 2-week turnaround to then 4-week average to then 6 weeks, to finally, "sometimes it takes up to 8 weeks plus." While in-between they forgot what lies they told and were always having to cover their… tracks with more lies. Need to get ahold of a manager? Don't hold your breath! He is either always out of the office or simply doesn't exist. Same with the head doctor who is just a figurehead that licenses out his name to this office. If the phantom manager does exist, Blame him for the culture of racism and hate at this office. It's always top down when it comes to cultural problems in a hierarchy. Even though I've had Dr. Odubela for over a year, I've never actually met him. Only his PA Ricardo Rivera who doesn't seem to know much of what he's doing. All he does is refer you out or order blood test. Then he never calls back with the results. He has someone in the office do it and if you ask questions they don't know the answers. Currently I'm sick with what Ricardo indicated was bronchitis...after finishing my antibiotics I am not better, in fact worse. I called the office and after waiting 3 hours and calling again. The office staff finally calls back only to say he's calling in another prescription but she didn't know what. This place is terrible!!!

This review is for his P.A. And office staff. I am an easygoing person that usually isn't bothered by much. However, I have never come across staff as rude as his office girls are. The P.A. Is even worse! They lie, and hang up the phone while you are still talking. Highly don't recommend. Absolutely zero professionalism and competence. I'm sorry I even made one appointment.

I've been a patient of Dr Odubela's for many years. HE is excellent. Kind, takes his time explaining things, even brings out medical books to show a patient a problem they are having, goes out of his way to help. His staff is another matter. They are rude, unprofessional, arrogant, and totally unhelpful. I would not give Dr Odubela up, but I wish he'd have a talk with his staff.

well I really like dr odabella,however, takes a long time to get appt usually he is booked 3 months in advance and the wait time an hour when you do have an appt. Now for him as a physician, he is caring and does not do procedures unless they are really necessary. I think he treats from his heart and that is why I will wait an hour for him. he takes his time when he is in the room and is very thorough and is a good listener. the staff that we have encountered are always pleasant

Since the new office manager (his wife Bola) has been in the office it has been a total nightmare. She is rude, unprofessional and has no concern for the patients welfare. She makes decisions only a doctor should make. I have been with Dr "O" for 14 years and never had a problem with anyone there until she came in. She is ruining his practice and reputation. His previous office manager is no longer there. She left when Bola came in. The whole staff's attitude has become very negative since she arrived. She rules the roost so to speak. I am looking for another doctor as I am sure others are to.

This doctor office is very unprofessional and unwelcoming. The administration does not treat its patients right. I have never been to a doctor's office that was run this way. Never coming back.

I Love Dr. O, he's great!!! He took care of my parents when they lived out here. Now he takes care of my husband and myself. The staff is wonderful. Sometimes it's tuff to see Dr. O but Dr. Rivas and Dr. Gentile are terrific as well. I'm really glad they are God fearing doctors and I know that's why they are all so wonderful. I know I'm in great hands and I am given the best treatment available. Thank you all for being in my life and in my husbands life also. We love you guys.!!!!!

Dr. Odubela unfortunately does not know how to return staff members let alone a house supervisors call at a hospital when a patient is having an allergice reaction and needs a simple order for IV Benadryl! It's bad enough while having a reaction to a medication for over 3 hrs. and still no return call the RN states..."Oh, he must be sleeping." When you are the hospitalist on call for that evening it is unexuseable to not return a staff members phone call!
