He doesn't listen. Extremely rude and disrespectful. The things he said to me during my visits were heart breaking. This doctor made me feel worse than I felt when I walked in. I wish I could take him to moral court because something is broken in his mean heart. This doctor needs a hug or some more training on effective proper communication. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

Terrible doctor. Went in Wednesday and gave me a paper saying I couldn’t stand or walk for more than 3 hours. Next time I go in (2 days later) gives me another paper saying I can work standing, and walk for a full shift. He must thinks he’s some sort of magic healer even though I still have to go in for physical therapy.

Dr. Al-saraf bedside manor was condisending and after just over 30 seconds he had made a snap diagnosis and sent me off.

Please avoid seeing this unprofessional, rude person!!! I work in healthcare myself and this man told me that I'm not in pain anymore! For your information" pain is subjective" doctor just in case you didn't study that wherever school you attended! I sprain my ankle three weeks ago going downstairs. I've been seeing my doctor once a week but today this rude doctor covered for her. From the moment he walk to the door he verbalized, " I don't know what's wrong with you but any injury like this, it will only take one week to heal?" My mouth dropped to the floor, I was speechless on what I heard. And the next question he asked me, " Hello, do you speak English?" I just can't believe I got insulted twice from this insensitive, unprofessional, no bedside manner man. To answer your question, " yes, I speak English and it's better than yours!!! lol

Dr. Abbas F. Al-Saraf is extremely incompetent, unprofessional and is completely careless for his patients.

Mi mama estuvo por 4 días enferma, con temperatura, escalofrió y temblaba mucho no podía estar de pie se sentía muy mal, ella tomaba tylenol, se le quitaba la temperatura y regresaba, entonces la atendió el Dr. Al-Saraf, fue muy atento con ella y estuvo escuchando y haciendo preguntas, se tomó su tiempo para atenderla, entonces el dijo, se le van a practicar unos exámenes y de acuerdo a los resultados, la envió a emergencias o le doy tratamiento, porque se veía muy mal mi mama, se le hicieron exámenes de sangre, radiografía, electrocardiograma y exámenes de orina, estuvieron los resultados rápido, entonces el Dr. Al-saraf, cuando tuvo los resultados y encontró que todos eso que tenia se debía a una fuerte infección en la orina, ahí mismo en la clínica le aplicaron 2 inyecciones 1 para el dolor y otra para la infección después de una hora ella se sentía muy bien y no volvió a recaer. Gracias a dios que nos atendio un buen Doctor, yo si lo recomiendo
