I'd give a zero if permitted. My appointment was for 9. An hour later he showed up to work. 45 minutes later, I was called back. I was 2 months postpartum and had to bring my baby. Waiting an extra hour and 45 with an infant is not cool. Front-desk lady was nice. Vitals lady was quite rude when I asked if the doctor had finally arrived. Like it was some secret that she had to protect her boss. Exam with the doctor was the most inadequate, not-thorough I have ever experienced with a doctor, let alone a neurologist. He seemed extremely uncaring and didn't really listen to me. He also kept bringing up fecal pellets or capsules, or something like that. Extremely off-putting, especially since it could not have been more off topic. Don't make appointments for when you're not there, and if you make an appointment, SHOW UP. One of the worst doctors I have ever seen.

Office wait over 1 hour not complete on exam . Came in with pAin in face he wants MRI on brain not face. Take to ladies in office, ask them to talk to Dr about what’s going on , said sure never heard anything back. After next appointment will definitely tell if I’ll be back.

Have seen this dr. several times. Waiting time was too long and one appointment I waited for close to two hours. He only looks at paperwork and his reports were inaccurate where he stated I never had pain in an area i NEVER HAD! He doesn't seem like he cares and is in a hurry. After I saw him for bowel incontinence, he told me to lose weight and never even talked to me about caudia equina and stated in report that I showed no signs of it when in face I did which was one of reasons being referred to him. Very disappointed with this office and his lack of paying attention to what is told to him.

Saw Dr. Medhi recently - he was AWFUL. I have been having stroke symptoms and lost my first neurologist. He looked in my eyes, did a reflex test on my knees and declared me cured. He read my old records (1.5 years old) and said I was healthy and to go on my way. Very dismissive, rude, did not even perform a neurological exam. Should lose his license

Office wait time along with staff is TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE! FRONT AND BACK OFFICE STAFF IS RUDE. They lack customer service. There is no one sitting in the lobby and appointment time was 2:00 and I'm still here waiting and the timeis 4:05 I've heard two patients in the back stick their head out more than twice to ask how much longer and state they have been waiting 3hrs Really! I THINK I WILL LOOK FOR ANOTHER NEUROLOGIST No wonder you can get in so quick

If I could give no stars, I would. Dr. Mehdi might be a great doctor, but his staff is terrible. Unprofessional and rude. Consistently overbooking patients. When I asked why, after three separate times coming and having to reschedule after a 2-3 hour wait after my scheduled appointment and still not being seen, they basically blamed it on the doctors preference. If you have a choice, request another neurologist. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE.

Office staff is curt and unwilling to help with simple requests.

Awesome doc

My neurologist in the hospital after my stroke. Thought he was credible, sounded like he knew what he was talking about- but who knows? It was the 1.5 wait in his follow up office that was completely unacceptable. No reason, no explanation. The TV blaring Dr Oz ( just investigated by congress) then some other classless show dedicated to people with an I.Q. below 40. The gentle next to me saw my face and said, "This is a neurologists office"? I finally got transferred to two other rooms before I just left without seeing the "doctor"... think twice on this guy
