Dr cared for my mom while she was admitted in hospital. He discharged my mom without the proper antibiotics to continue at home to treat her condition. When reached out to he showed no regards to her concerns and basically implied she was no longer his concern. Which baffled me as a health care provider your patient should be able to rely on you for their medical needs that is critical to their health. I have dealt with multiple doctors with my mom over the years and Dr. Jekari is the first one who literally showed us he does not care for his patients. If you're in search for a cardiologist I recommend you seek medical help somewhere else.

Dr Jaraki took care of my husband for several years and did surgery on him also. He is a good doctor took care of my husband very well. We have since moved to the West Coast of Florida and no longer see Dr. Jaraki. But I would recommend him.

I first walked in for an evaluation of my heart due to bradycardia, I had thyroid cancer and needed a pre op and just to have the clearance from The doctor to go into surgery. When I went into examination room with Dr. Jaraki he said the reason for my low pulse was my thyroid and that he was concern about the after surgery because my pulse will be even lower so he called one of his friends at Jackson and told him he wanted him to monitor me after surgery, when I called back to ask who the doctor he had spoken with was due to the fact that I needed to go into surgery he said he never called anyone and made me look like I was lying. I believe this is very unprofessional for a doctor that supposedly has 30 something years practicing. on the other hand I can say that Karen is a great receptionist and had a lot of patience when I called! And also I was able to get cleared but I really didn't like the fact that he made a big show to impress me I guess acting like he cared about my health… and probably acted like he spoke with someone and then washed his hands saying he had not. If you are one of his patients I will think twice to go back there if he can't remember he spoke with someone I will be scare to even have surgery with him, he will probably forget to fix something and especially with an open heart surgery... Just saying!

The Dr. may be good for all I know but I was never given the option to see him. The office staff was rude. They only cared about what insurance I had. I have Blue Cross and Blue Shield - PPO. They told me they did not accept and never gave me the option if I wanted to self pay. A good staff is an extension of the doctor's office.
