Dr. Abdullah Al-Arfaj, MD

Check-in was cumbersome and unorganized. Staff was not familiar with my circumstances and reason for visit. Direction didn’t seem to follow why I was there to see the doctor. The same went for my initial contact with the nursing staff who basically went over all the stuff I just did at check-in again. Check-out was also confused and asked me to pay the co-pay a second time that I paid at check-out. As for Dr. Al-Arfaj and his MA - Holly, they are outstanding. On top of things, communication is great, candid and upfront about what’s best for me as a patient which’s is appreciated beyond measure.

He is a good doctor who listens to the patient and listens to the patients' complaints and his work is good.

At my actual appointment I felt positive energy, told this provider needed office notes and a copy of my xray from my visit on January 15th, 2025. I called the office from open to close for these office notes, on the 16th to be continuously told the office notes are ready, but the doctor has to sign it. I'm still waiting because they are still waiting for the doctor's signature on the 17th! If I could give a 0 rating I most definitely would. Is this a surgeon that you, as a patient, would recommend?My recommendation is CLEARLY a NO!!!!!!
