Dr. Abdur Rauf Shad, MD

Waited for an hour and 15 minutes, 3 employees at the desk but none of them could tell me what was going on or how much longer the wait would be because they didn't work for Dr Shad! Most bizarre office procedure I have ever seen, no sign in sheet, you just hope someone notices you sitting there??? Finally I had to leave, left a note for his staff, no one has called to apologize, offer an explanation or give me my test results. I had to take a day off of work for nothing. Shame, because I thought he was a great Dr. Will never go back to that office.

Worst experience ever! Office calls me 1/2 hr before my son's appt and they say that the doctor doesn't see kids younger than 16 yrs old ... I had left early from work to take my son and that's the call I received while I am heading to the office for the visit. The patient service is the worse ever!
