Abby has been my NP for over a year now. She’s always thoughtful, and listens carefully to what you have to say. She works with you to come up with a plan, and is always available for questions as they come up.

Firefly is the best Doctor experience ever! It is so easy to schedule. And Abby who is a Nurse Practitioner knows her stuff and always sends followup items as promised. One of the Doctors called me to check in as well! My Husband has signed up and we could not be happier!

I was a bit nervous moving to a virtual healthcare platform. Ever since I started with firefly Dr. Nisha Basu and Abby Richmond have consistently been there for me, day or night, and have explained everything in perfect detail. I am a true believer in firefly now.
