Dr. Abigail Mintz Romirowsky, PhD

My family sought treatment at the Ross Center. We tried in the spring of 2016. After a waitlist, we had a doctor return our call. I was under the impression the call would end in an appointment. She asked me to divulge all of our personal information, I did. Then she ended the conversation by saying she couldn't help us. It was very clear she was picking and choosing which patients she wanted to see. In Fall 2016 our name came back up on the Ross Center waitlist for a different doctor. We began to see Dr Romirowsky. While competent and kind, her availability is spotty and hampered by multiple holidays. As we juggled family activities it became impossible to reschedule. We never ONCE received an email about how our family was doing. But we received a weekly email asking whether we would be at an appointment - no comments about our family, just were we going to be there. That of course made us feel like the only thing that mattered was payment. Finally, we gave up on the… Ross Center and asked them for a referral. We were told Dr Romirowsky sent the referral. I never heard from them, so I called the referral myself. The referral talked to me once, promised me services, and then never called me back. Overall, we paid the Ross Center over $2000.00 and got nothing out of it. I hope this review helps others.
