Abigail S Whetstone, DO

I recently had a terrible experience with the Office of Dr. Abigail S Whetstone. During a routine visit, Dr. Whetstone collected a Pap smear sample, but later informed me that the sample was insufficient. Despite this being the doctor's mistake, I was requested to take time off work and travel over 160 miles round trip to have the sample re-collected. To add insult to injury, the office billed me for the visit. Furthermore, there were several errors in the billing process. The office sent the bill to the insurance company with the wrong patient name, and it was sent to another family member who has never seen Dr. Whetstone. The office also sent the sample to a lab that is not in my medical plan. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received and I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. If you are looking for a reliable healthcare provider, I suggest you look elsewhere.
