After having my colostomy reversed by a surgeon Dr John said I would never have diverticulitis again. According to my surgeon that was wrong! I had 6” of my colon removed but I still have diverticulitis! The second diagnosis was after I had blood work done by Dr John he called me at home to say that I had Stage 4 kidney disease. I chose to see a specialist, since there are only 5 stages of kidney disease; which at that time I would have been on dialysis!! The kidney specialist with the Methodist Hospital Group told me I had no sign of Stage 4 kidney disease. And, as a matter of fact, I was way to healthy to be in his office! Dr John had also said that I was on the verge of being diabetic! Dr John is a nice person and probably a reasonable family practice physician; however, he should NOT be diagnosing anything other than a UTI or upper respiratory problem. I will not be returning to his office.

My husband and I have been Dr John’s patients for over a year now and he is consistently great. He really listens and is patient and empathetic to your needs. I would highly recommend him!

Dr. John almost caused me to go into Kidney failure. I went to him for about a year had no urine or blood test ran the entire time. When I told him my back hurt he said get a new mattress.He just kept giving me new meds everytime I went in. My new Doctor ran bloodwork and urine test. My kidneys only function at 47%. Hopefully not to much damage has been done due to his lack of intelligence. And thank you Dr. Lindley for catching this before daily dialysis was necessary. DONT GO THERE IF ANYONE ELSE IS AVAILABLE FOR YOUR ON SAFETY.

I have been a patient of Dr.John's for over 10 years. My family is also a patient of his and we are totally satisfied. We would not still be going there if we weren't pleased. He is very caring and will take the time to listen to what you say.

My husband’s doctor moved and he was caught up in this mess. He needs cataract surgery so he went to Dr. John for his medical check up. Did an EKG and blood work. We’ve called 3 days in a row because his cataract surgeon needs the paperwork. Not one thing has been done. I don’t know if his staff even knows what they’re doing. Perhaps this is why Dr Yerramadha left.

When we learned our Primary Care Physician of many years was nearing retirement, we were worried about selecting a new one. While in the hospital with a kidney stone issue, I had Dr. John as the attending physician. I really liked the attention I received from him and his bedside manner. 9 months later when our prior doctor retired we began seeing Dr. John for regular checkups and illnesses. We've been with him over 1 1/2 years now and do not regret the selection at all. I highly recommend him.
