Dr. Linda Carole Pouzar

She is great in all she shows she cares and explains everything so you can understand it great bedside manners.

"Doctor Linda" is a family practitioner providing outstanding care to people of all ages and at all stages of life. I drive 60 miles one way to see Dr. Linda and it is definitely worth the trip. I would have no other Primary Care Physician (PCP). She is also my wife's PCP, my parents' PCP, and my children's PCP. She is experienced, exceptionally bight, and very thorough. She has a great bed-side manner and explains everything to me using language I can understand. She is caring, personal, and respectful. She gives me the time I need and I don't ever feel rushed. I would highly recommend her to anyone of any age.

Dr. Linda had been my daughter and her husband's primary physician. They both have special needs. Dr. Linda has treated them with high respect and taken very good care of them.

Diagnosed a sleep disorder extremely fast. Every year for physical she is very thorough. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Linda Pouzar is very thorough and caring. She never gives up until she finds the answer. She had me come in every 3-4 weeks until she reached a decision. I am very satisfied with Dr. Linda. I referred my husband and my daughter to her. I would highly recommend anyone to her. Right now, I am having difficulties finding a pain management physician that accepts my insurance. I am not giving up in her.

Linda Pouzar is very thorough. I have sent several friends to her and they all love her. She is kind and makes you feel very comfortable.

For the last five years I have found Dr. Linda to be a very caring and dedicated family doctor. I believe she truly is concerned with her patients health and healing. She has always followed up with me regarding her instructions and prescriptions. I trust her completely and will hopefully stay healthy in her care.

This is a general review regarding my experience with Clear Lake Family Physicians based on over 25 years of visits. You may ask why I had continued using this establishment based on the comments in the review - well it's simple - location , location , location. They had been in my immediate neighborhood and when ill that convenience was paramount. Based on my experience last week, I have terminated this relationship AND been moved to post this message. Without fail, over the past 25 years is has always been difficult to schedule appointments, the phone is not answered and messages are not returned. When you can speak to a receptionist the attitude it generally non-responsive to your needs and the appointments are not available at convenient hours. Independent of the info on their web site, they open late, and close early, i.e. early and late appointments are just not available even if you attempt to book well into the future. The appointments unfailingly run late, but… seldom has the lobby wait time been more than 30 minutes after the appointment time. On several occasions I have been forgotten in the room (more than once for more than an hour) and been forced to leave the room wander the halls and find someone. I have been mis-diagnosed once. During the flu pandemic a few years ago I was diagnosed as having the flu when it was really a major sinus infection. Wait time to check out and pay is, without fail, very long. The staff is invariably doing everything but paying attention to the patients. Apparently filing is their highest priority. And just last week, I need to check in for a simple sinus infection. After 25 years of visits they could not locate my records. I informed the receptionist I had been a patient for 25 years and asked her to try again and not until we did this dance THREE times was she able to find my records. I was told that because I had not visited in 3 years that I was now considered a"new" patient and that the next new patient appointment was 2 weeks away. When I stated that I could not wait 2 weeks due to this being a rapidly intensifying condition I was put on hold. In a bit the receptionist returned and I was told "you are a new patient and we are not accepting new patients at this time" Period. Well Clear Lake Family Physicians, good riddance to you - I found an ENT specialist and was seen the next day - and had awesome serve to boot! I suggest, dear reader, that you avoid this establishment at all cost.

Does not follow up on lab work. Cannot get an appointment when sick.
