When you have an overgrown child as a receptionist and a doctor that doesn't care you get a crappy experience . Stay far away . worst receptionist that i have even seen . They will hold medical records and give you the run around for months. very unethical practice. worst of the worst. If i could give less than one star i could , there should be a negative number for this practice.

I have been seeing Dr. Morganoff for years and this receptionist is very very rude I could not go back there anymore.

If you need a good doctor,one that will help you,please try another. You will be wasting your time ,money,and most of all your need to get help with your condition...

I have been seeing doctor Morganoff for a few years for a condition that I have had for about 10 years. He prescribed me the same exact medication (a non narcodic) for the amount of time that I have seen him. So naturally when I ran out I called in to get a refill. Since I hadn't been there in a couple of months the receptionist refused to refill my prescrition (not even for 2 days worth!!) and told me to go find another doctor, which I did. I refuse to ever see a doctor who is only interested in my money and this office sure has proven that. They would rather see me untreated than fill my prescription for a couple days so I can find time to take off work and schedule my appointment. I didn't think a co pay was that important to a doctor. Boy, was I wrong
