Passive aggressive incredibly rude, does not listen. Worst doctor I’ve ever had and I’ve had many.

Reduced my medication which caused several severe negative effects. Then was unwilling to take my concerns seriously, didn't bother to actually read a note I had made for him. In conversation he came off as condescending and dismissive.

I only gave a star because I had to. This is the doctor I was referred to when I asked about hormone replacement therapy (I'm female to male transgender). It is clear to me now that this man has little to no experience with trans people. He never listened when I asked for certain treatment (scheduling an appointment for me to learn to give myself the shot), switched my method of therapy without asking (told me because of covid I had to switch from the shot to gel), never used my name or pronouns, and never followed up with lab work. Overall the worst experience I've had so far with someone who is giving me trans-specific care. If you're trans and get referred to him, fight for someone else, he is actually the worst.

I waited an hour and a half to see Dr. Thomas, which was not entirely his fault, but then was rushed through 15 minutes of him speaking excessively fast, and never once actually looking at me. He was unclear, didn't answer my questions, and cross when I asked for clarification. I have never had such a disappointing doctors appointment.

This doctor was the most dismissive and ignorant of my issues of any that I have ever been to. Women beware!
