Not good

Dr Ball acted as if I was not worth a millisecond of his time after a procedure and treatment from him in an Emergency Room visit where I had to be admitted. Dr Ball acted as if he didnt want to follow up with me regarding my urological needs after my treatment in the hospital.Dr Ball was a fast talker and wanted me to make a decision about my body without even having time to think and also had horrible bed side manner making me feel uncomfortable and not like a patient. When you have a million things being thrown at you it is the drs job to make sure you have a clear understanding about what is going on and that they make you feel comfortable. He appeared in a rush and and seemed to have lacked patience.. Very unwelcoming attitude, It doesnt matter that he was on call you should treat patients like they are yours and you care about what happens to them throughout their treatment especially after because they were your first encounter. I just felt as though he had a strong I dont… need you, you need me attitude which as a physician you need to be welcoming. Its easy to do your job and go home but the attitude that you bring with you when a patient is already scared sets the tone and leaves permanent impressions and I was not impressed.

Dr. Ball has done an excellent job with my treatment and surgery. Also, his office staff are professional and very accommodating.

My husband has been dealing with some kind of urethral issues for the last few weeks. He has tons of particles in his urine, and its extremely hard and painful for him to urinate. He went to dr.ball for help. Dr.ball did not give him any kind of information. He had my husband do ct scans, which came back saying "no kidney stones". When my husband saw dr.ball on the follow up appt, dr.ball put the LONG scope up my husband's urethra without any kind of medication, gas (the gas machine they had sitting next to him). The nurse put lidocaine up his urethra (which he said burned extremely bad) and then dr.ball put the scope in (which he said was extremely painful). You would think a Male that's already having urethra problems, in pain, you wouldn't want to shove something in there, because that'll will be even more painful than a healthy urethra. He was suppose to give him antibiotics for after the procedure, but he did not. It seems like he forgot to do that as well. He referred my husband… to a gastrointestinal doctor. And we will be finding a new urologist for him as well. There is something that's causing him to urinate particles nonstop. My husband was literally in tears and didn't want to talk about what happened. When I finally got him to tell me, he said dr.ball was so rude, seemed to not care at all about his patients. Now, I wish we read these reviews before he went there. I talked my husband into going and gettin the scope. I told him they give gas to help relieve pain (which is what several family members went through and I read online). He will probably never trust a doctor again.

I accompanied my elderly father for urological appointment. Upon arrival, my father was given several forms including a consent form to sign for a Pelvic Exam. Being in the legal profession, I read documents and only sign relevant information. Since my father was not having a Pelvic Exam, I did not allow him sign the Pelvic consent form. When Dr. Ball walked nto the exam room, Dr. Ball advised that he would not treat my father because he refused to sign to consent to a Pelvic Exam. I asked Dr. Ball if my father is having a Pelvic Exam. Dr Ball replied you can sign the form or leave! When I attempted to inquire about the Pelvic Exam consent, Dr. Ball elevated his voice and became irate. Due to my elderly father's medical distress and discomfort, he signed consenting to a Pelvic Exam that was NOT performed. As a professional, I would NEVER speak to any of my clients or behave in such an unprofessional manner. I was EXTREMELY disappointed

Dr Ball and his staff have been not only efficient and showing genuine concern in my recent visits.

Dr. Ball is very attentive and caring. My case presented some unusual symptoms and results. He took the time to continue to test and consult to understand exactly what my issues were. Once diagnosed, he was quick to make the appropriate referrals and set-up a plan of care and treatment. His team is outstanding. Very caring and make you fell welcome every time you walk in the door. I appreciate their sincerity and attention, always greeted with a big smile upon entering the office.

He is the best took care of me and still is The office staff is just great Love it all

After working with another office it was a great relieve to find Dr. Ball. He was straight, clear and had a plan! His office was organized, communicated and got my insurance to do their job. I had my procedure and everything went exactly as we were told. I am fixed and extremely grateful for their exceptional care. A hugely positive experience, were as my first attempt with another urologist was awful and caused me to suffer with my symptoms far longer than was necessary.
