To whom it may concern first I would like to say Dr. Bitterman is very competent, and respectful, caring Doctor I wrote a stament regarding a very un plecent experience with one employee now Want to take this moment to say that doctor Bitterman is very professional and competent doctor and I hope he get to see this Doctor Bitterman I apologize to you and the rest of your staff I know that for a mistake of one employee you and your practice you should not be judge I know that I was angry by the way this one employee at billing address to me but it is not your fault you are exceptional Doctor and I know that you have only the best interest for all your patients is not every day that a patient finds a good medical professional I only have good things to say about you And as well Dr Korman and is not fair that for the behavior of one employee your practice and your reputation get tarnished I want to take this moment to apologize if I her you and the other wonderful employees you have… please note this office has call me and are addressing everything with the billing department but I want to make clear that they have wonderful competent staff working for them and is not fair that for one employee the entire practice has to suffer I apologize to Doctor Bitterman and the rest of he’s staff Ps: If you want a good comprehensive medical care and a doctor that cares about you Dr Bitterman is your doctor and doctor Bitterman please accept my most sincere apologies.

Dr. Bitterman explains test results thoroughly and answers all questions honestly. Took my daughter for a severe ankle injury and he explained the MRI line by line. The office is clean, bright and spacious. They also had the orthopedic supplies she needed right there.
