Dr. Adam Scott Greenfield, DO

Dr greenfield and staff has always been very professional to our family. I'm sure he has saved our life many times. He has always been thinking ahead for our healthcare. He explains our meds, lab results, diagnostic results like xrays or whatever, he explains why physical therapy was needed and why. If a med was required he would educate if generics are Available or if we should use name brand because a chemical would be different. Yes I have heard the occasional rabid guest yell and threaten him or his staff. To my understanding from hearing the guest yell, thier demands would not be met.i don't think it's right to scream and threaten a doc to try and get your way. This behavior by a guest is rare and to be expected. If there was a wait it was due to another patient requiring more urgent or time consuming care and yes that's also reasonable. Hey don't forget these poor docs are out numbered. I trust dr greenfield with my life.

Dr.Greenfield is a knowledgeable, friendly doctor that cares about his patient's wellbeing.. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Office is clean. Waiting times are good. I would definitely recommend him to my family. an# friends. In fact i already have. .

Awful rude doctor ever. Talks down to you, rolls eyes, doesn't want to hear what you have to say.

Dr. Greenfield is the most unprofessional and unknowledgeable doctor I have ever encountered. If I could give this office 0 stars, I would. Our first appointment was to get bloodwork done for my husband. The entire office is dirty. Dust on the floor, counters, walls, posters on the walls, etc. When the “doctor” came in he had to google what the next steps were in my husband’s case. We were told the bloodwork would take a week to get back so we had to come back in for a follow up. He also told us to get a bone scan done. When we tried to set up the appointment we were told we needed a specific kind- which he had no idea which kind we needed. Fast forward a week we go to the follow up. We arrived early. The staff in the front were all gossiping about attractive clients and straightening their hair. Again the office was dirty. Not a minute before our appointment they walk us back to a room where the paper sheet had not been changed (GROSS!) so we sat and waited.. and waited.. and waited… 25 minutes past our appointment time for the doctor! The door was wide open and still no other patients came or left the office. The front office staff continued to gossip. We heard Dr Greenfield walking up. He stopped at the front to argue with the staff about why he only had one patient. That they needed to call follow ups to get more people in the door. When entering the room we were at he continued to complain about the lack of patients he had to us! He even said “it’s like pulling teeth to get people in here for a follow up”. How unprofessional to complain to us like that! He then decided to pull up my husbands bone scan results and blood work where he said everything was negative. He then said it looked like the lab didn’t do all of the bloodwork because they noted there wasn’t enough blood. I asked him why it took a week for him to look at my husbands blood work 30 minutes passed our appointment time. He proceeded to reply that he only checks it if it comes back irregular and asked me “what would you do doctor?” He proceeded to mock my questions by calling me a doctor in a sarcastic and rude remark. I asked to look at the bone scan. He couldn’t pull it up because (shocker) he didn’t have it! I asked how he reviewed it if he didn’t even have it. He had to call another office to ask for it sent over. He told us the blood work was not his fault and we would need more blood taken. How a doctor doesn’t know how much blood viles to take for a specific test is beyond me. He said he would have to resend it out. At this point it’s Friday afternoon and he said he would put a rush on it so we’d have it back by Monday. So my husband called on Monday to be held on the phone for over 20 minutes and told the doctor would review it and get back to him. He never called back! My husband called again. He was told the blood work never came back and to call back tomorrow. Dr. Greenfield himself never spoke to my husband. WE STILL HAVE NEVER RECEIVED HIS BLOODWORK! Yet we were charged for TWO visits. This place needs to have an investigation opened up. Trust me when I say, I will be filing a formal complaint. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS OFFICE. This doctor has no idea what he is doing. He’s only concerned about getting people in and out the door. There’s a reason not a single patient was in the office during the second visit. We went to another doctor for the answers we were looking for. Go to a professional, not this office!

This is the rudest Dr I have ever been around. He is degrading, rude, refuses to listen to you. He is also Big Pharma owned. He is the king of prescriptions you do not need or want. To the point he argues with you. The physical, laughable, He spent a total of 4 minutes tops. DO NOT GO TO HIM!!!!A 1 star rating is too much. It should be negative 10.

I had been looking for a new primary and well, picked one out of the many choices I had. At first I thought Great this is the guy. Well, I felt sad when I left he never even asked how i was. Just write the script and hand it to you. If your looking for a Dr. that cares, he is NOT the one, if you need a script... No problems. I found a new primary!!!!

I love doctor greenfield and I have been coming to him for many years now. His staff is friendly and they get me in and out when I am sick. Dr.G. has a great bed side manner too

Great Doctor and great staff. Always pleasant and professional. Office is clean with little wait time to be seen. Dr Greenfield will listen to your concerns and provide best treatment plan for you. The staff is always friendly and smiling. Would definitely recommend this doctor/office to family and friends.

as a new patient he could not be bothered with talking to me. I have called 3 times for severe headaches (which he says he can do adjustments to help) and have received no help or callbacks. Dr is rude, condescending and arrogant. I signed up for him because of all the rave reviews he has gotten, I sure wish I could find the doctor those people are talking about.

I have been seeing Dr. Greenfield for the past 3 months for lower back pain resulting from a MVA. He has significantly reduced my back pain with adjustments (no pain medication). Friendly and helpful staff. Usual waiting times; nothing excessive for a primary care physician.
