Hello! If you're reading this, then you have made a tremendously brave, and important step in seeking self betterment through individual counseling. Whether life at times can seem steady or unsteady, we all nevertheless lose track of our coping skills and rely on unhealthy habits and poor routines from time to time. It is my core belief as a clinician that every client is an individual and deserves a tailored approach in therapy.
Over the past seven years, I have had the honor and privilege of helping my clients learn and strive for their best self. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy and the best evidence based practices to navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and developing better life/coping skills.
